Bread Pakora

Ingredients

Besan (Gram Flour) 1 ½ cup

- Ajwain (Carom seed) ½ tsp

- Laal mirch pisi hui (Red chili powder) 1 tsp

- Haldi pisi hui (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp

- Baking soda hasbe zaroorat

- Pani (Water) hasbe zaroorat

Pakora filling kay ajza:

- Aalo (Potato) 2

- Paalak (Spinach) ¾ cup

- Pyaz (Onion) 1

- Amchoor (Mango powder) ½ tsp

- Namak (Salt) hasbe zaiqa

- Sabz mirch (Green chili) 1-2

- Sabz dhaniya (Green coriander) 2 tbs

- Laal mirch (Red chili) ½ tsp

- Zeera kuta hua (Cumin crushed) ½ tsp

- Bread slices 8-10

- Tail (Oil) hasbe zaroorat

Directions

Sub se pehle aik bowl mein besan, namak, ajwain, laal mirch aur baking soda daal kar achi terhan mix karein.

- Ab thora thora kar ke pani dalein aur 15 minute ke liye side par rakh dein.

- Phir aik bowl mein ublay hue aaloo, paalak, pyaz, aamchoor powder, namak, hari mirch, dhaniya ke pattay, laal mirch powder aur kuta hua zeera daal kar achi terhan mix karein.

- Ab aik bread slice lein aur is par pakora filling phaila kar doosri bread rakh kar band kar dein.

- Phir bread ko apni marzi ki shakal mein kaat kar coating mixture mein daal dein.

- Ab aik pan mein tail garam kar ke bread pakoray ko golden brown honay tak fry kar lein aur ketchup ya chili garlic sauce ke sath serve karein.
