Potato Curl Roll

Ingredients

Maidah (Refined wheat flour) 2 cup

- Sooji (Semolina) ¼ cup

- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp

- Tail (Oil) 2 tbs

- Pani (Water) hasbe zaroorat

- Ublay hue aaloo (Potato boiled) 1 kg

- Pyaz (Onion) ½ cup

- Namak (Salt) hasbe zaiqa

- Gaajar (Carrot) 1 cup

- Ublay hue mater (Boiled pea) ½ cup

- Sabz mirch (Green chili) 3 tbs

- Besan (Gram flour) 2 tbs

- Sooji (Semolina) 2 tbs

- Laal mirch powder (Red chili) 1 tbs

- Kuti laal mirch (crushed red chili) 1 tbs

- Tayyar ki hui dough

- Potato mixture hasbe zaroorat

- Andah (Egg) coating ke liye

- Tail (Oil) hasbe zaroorat

Directions

Sub se pehle aik dough bananay ke liye aik bowl mein maidah, sooji, namak aur tail daal kar achi tarhan mix kar lein.

- Ab is mein pani daal kar naram dough goondh lein aur 15 se 20 minute ke liye rakh dein.

- Potato mixture bananay ke liye aik bowl mein ublay hue aaloo daal kar mash kar lein aur is mein pyaz, gaajar, mater, sabz mirch, namak, baisan, sooji, laal mirch powder aur kuti laal mirch daal kar achi tarhan mix kar lein.

- Phir haath se is mixture ki balls bana lein aur sticks ki shakal day lein.

- Assembling ke liye dough ko chaar barabar hisson mein kaat lein aur pairay bana kar bailne se bail lein.

- Ab is ke kinare kaat kar mustateel sheet bana lein aur is sheet ko strips mein kaat lein.

- Phir aik strip par patato mixture rakhein aur spiral shakal mein role kar ke egg mixture mein coat kar lein.

- Ab aik pan mein tail garam kar ke light golden honay tak fry kar lein, mazedar potato curl roll tayyar hain.
