Cheeni (Sugar) 3 cup
- Pani (Water) 2 cup
- Orange juice 3 tbs
- Lemoo ka ras (Lemon juice) 3 tbs
- Namak (Salt) hasbe zaiqa
- Orange essence 4 drops
- Taatri (Sodium benzoate) 1 pinch
- Tail (Oil) hasbe zaroorat)
Sub se pehle aik pan mein tail garam kar ke is mein sugar daal kar achi tarhan hal honay tak paka lein.
- Phir is mein maaltay ka juice daal kar halki aanch par 40 minute tak paknay dein.
- Ab is mein leemoo ka ras, namak aur taatri daal kar achi tarhan mix kar lein aur 4 se 5 minute darmiyani aanch par pakayein.
- Phir is mein sodium benzoate daal kar choolha band kar dein.
- Orange squash tayyar hai, aik glass pani mein 4 khanay ke chamach orange squash daal kar achi tarhan mix karein aur serve karein, isay 6 maheenay tak fridge mein rakh kar istemal kiya ja sakta hai.
