Ingredients

Chicken boneless ½ kg

- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) 1 cup

- Kali mirch pisi hui (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp

- Namak (Salt) hasbe zaiqa

- Kuti laal mirch (Crushed red chili) 1 tbs

- Oregano 1 tbs

- Soy sauce 1 tbs

- Cream 1 cup

- Gajar (carrot) 1 cup

- Pyaz (Onion) 1 cup

- Safaid mirch pisi hui (White pepper powder) ½ tsp

- Hot sauce 2 tbs

- Tail (Oil) 3 tbs

- Sandwich bread hasbe zaroorat

- Phaintay hue anday (Beaten eggs) hasbe zaroorat

- Mozzarella cheese hasbe zaroorat

- Chicken mixture hasbe zaroorat

Directions

Sub se pehle ckicken mixture bananay ke liye chicken ko ubaal kar bareek kaat lein aur side par rakh dein.

- Ab aik pan mein tail garam kar ke is mein gaajar aur pyaz daal kar 1 se 2 minute pakayein.

- Phir is mein chicken aur Shimla mirch daal kar 2 se 3 minute pakayein.

- Ab is mein kaali mirch powder, namak, kuti laal mirch, oregano, soy sauce, hot sauce aur safaid mirch powder daal kar achi terhan mix kar lein.

- phir is mein cream daal kar 1 se 2 minute paka kar choolha band kar dein aur thanda honay dein.

- Assembling ke liye sandwich bread slice le kar is ke kinaray kaat dein aur belan se bail lein.

- Ab is baili hui bread ko 2 hisson mein kaat lein aur is bread slice ke aik kinaray par tayyar kiya hua chicken mixture rakhein.

- phir is mein mozzarella cheese rakhein aur bread ke dosray kinare par pani laga kar finger ki shakal mein role kar lein.

- Ab is par anda lagayein aur bread crumbs mein coat kar lein.

- Phir un ko halki aanch par golden brown honay tak fry kar lein, mazedar bread finger tayyar hain.
