Gaajar (Carrots) 2 cup
- Muter (Pea) 1 ½ cup
- Aaloo (Potato) 2 cup
- Mayonnaise 1 cup
- Cream ¼ cup
- Namak (Salt) hasbe zaiqa
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) ½ tsp
- Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
- Zaitoon ka tail (Olive oil) 2 tbs
- Kheera (Cucumber) ½ cup
- Ublay hue anday (Boiled egg) 3-4
- Hara daniya (Green coriander) ½ cup
Sub se pehle aik bowl mein pani, gaajar, aalo, mutter daal kar galnay tak paka lein.
- Ab aik bowl mein mayonnaise, gaajar, mutter, aalo, namak, kali mirch, sirka, kheera, dhaniya aur zaitoon ka tail daal kar achi terhan mix karein.
- Phir aik ghantay ke liye fridge mein rakh dein thanda thanda serve karein.
