Sub se pehle dough bananay ke liye aik bowl mein maidah, namak aur ghee daal kar achi terhan mix kar lein.
Ab is mein pani daal kar naram dough doondh lein aur kapray se 20 minute dhak kar rakh dein.
Egg mixture bananay ke liye aik bowl mein anday, pyaz, laal mirch powder, namak, zeera powder, timatar, sabz dhaniya, kala zaitoon, sabz pyaz, lehsun powder aur kali mirch powder daal kar achi terhan mix kar lein, egg mixture tayyar hai.
Assembling ke liye dough ko 4 barabar hisson mein kaat kar peira bana lein aur phir bailnay se bail lein.
Phir is par ghee laga kar chokor ki shakal mein fold kar lein aur bailnay se dobarah chokor shakal mein bail lein.
Ab pehlay se garam pan mein anday ka mixture phailayein aur us par cheese slice rakh kar chokor ki shakal mein fold kar lein.
Phir is par brush se ghee lagayein aur halki aanch par har side se light golden aur crispy honay tak pakayein, mazedar lifafa paratha tayyar hai.
