Chatpati Chana Chaat

Imli ka pani bananay ke ajza:

-Imli ka gooda (Tamarind pulb) 1 cup

-Namak (Salt) hasbe zaiqa

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper) 1 tsp

-Shehed (Honey) 1 tbs

-Laal mirch pisi hui (Red chili powder) 1 tsp

-Lemoo ka ras (Lemon juice) 2 tbs

-Pani (water) 2 cup

-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs

-Cheeni (Sugar) 2 tbs

-Chaat masala (snack spice) 1 tsp

Chana chaat bananay ke ajza:

-Bheegoye hue kalay chanay (Black chickpeas) ½ kg

-Aaloo (Potatoes) ½ kg

-Pani (Water) hasbe zaroorat

-Timatar (Tomatoes) 2 cup chopped

-Pyaz (Onion) 2 cup chopped

-Sabz dhaniya (Green coriander) hasbe zaroorat chopped

-Band gobhi (Cabbage) 1 cup

-Imi ka pani (Tamarind water) hasbe zaroorat

Sub se pehlay imli ka pani bananay ke liye aik pan mein imli ka gooda, namak, kali mirch, shehed , laal mirch powder, lemoo ka ras, pani, sirka, cheeni aur --chaat masalha daal kar 2 se 3 minute ubalnay dein aur choolha band kar ke thanda honay dein.

-Chana chaat bananay ke liye aik pan mein pani garam kar ke us mein kalay chanay achi terhan paknay tak ubaal lein aur chaan kar side par rakh dein.

-Ab aaloo ko cheel kar aik doosray pan mein pani garam kar ke us mein achi terhan paknay tak ubaal lein aur chaan kar side par rakh dein.

-Phir aik bowl mein ublay hue aaloo, kalay chanay, timatar, pyaz, dhaniya, band gobhi, imli ka pani aur chaat masalha daal kar achi terhan mix kar lein, chatpati chana chaat tayyar hai.
