Crispy Chicken Veggie Buns

Maidah (Refined wheat flour) 2 cup

- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp

-Tail (Oil) 2 tbs

- Pani (Water) hasbe zaroorat

- Tail (Oil) 1 tbs

- Adrak lehsan pisa hua (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs

- Gaajar (Carrot) ½ cup

- Namak (Salt) hasbe zaiqa

- Kuti laal mirch (Red chili crushed) 1 tbs

- Safaid mirch pisi hui (White pepper powder) 1 tsp

- Soy sauce 2 tbs

- Chicken boneless ½ kg

- Mutter (Peas boiled) ½ cup

- Sabz pyaaz (Green onion chopped) ½ cup

- Chili sauce 2 tbs

- Tail (Oil) fry ke liye

- Tayyar ki hue dough

- Chicken veggie mixture hasbe zaroorat

- Pani (Water) brush ke liye

- Tail (Oil) brush ke liye

- Til (Sesame seeds) garnish ke liye

- Kalonji (Nigella seeds) garnish ke liye

Sub se pehle dough bananay ke liye aik bowl mein maidah, namak, tail aur pani daal kar naram dough goondh lein aur 15 se 20 minute rakh dein.

- Chicken veggie mixture bananay ke liye aik pan mein tail garam kar ke is mein adrak lehsan paste daal kar 1 minute paka lein.

- As is mein gaajar, ublay hue mutter, Shimla mirch, safaid mirch powder, laal mirch powder, kuti laal mirch, namak, chili sauce aur soya sauce daal kar 2 minute pakayein.

- Phir is mein ubla hua chicken daal kar 3 minute pakayein aur is mein sabz pyaz daal kar mazeed 1 minute pakayein, chicken veggie mixture tayyar hai.

- Ab dough ko 8 barabar hisson mein kaat lein aur aik hissay ko apne hathon se bail lein.

- Phir is ke kinaron par pani lagayein aur is ke darmiyan filling bhar dein.

- Ab is ko ban ki shakal mein band kar lein aur is par brush se oil laga kar is par til aur kalonji chirak dein.

- Phir un ko halki aanch par har side se light golden brown honay tak fry kar lein, mazedar crispy chicken veggie buns tayyar hain.
