Cheese Pakora

Besan (Gram flour) 400 gram

- Namak (Salt) hasbe zaiqa

- Haldi pisi hui (Turmeric powder) 1 tbs

- Laal mirch pisi hui (Red chili powder) 1 tsp

- Kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tbs

- Zeera pisa hua (Cumin powder) 1 tsp

- Makai ka aata (Corn flour) 2 tbs

- Ajwain (Carom seeds) ½ tsp

- Baking soda ½ tsp

- Kuti hui sabz mirch (Green chili chopped) 5 gram

- Sabz dhaniya (Green coriander chopped) 5 gram

- Chaat masala (Spices mix) 2 tbs

- Mozzarella cheese cubes 300 gram

- Tail (Oil) hasbe zaroorat

- Pani (Water) 1 cup

Sub se pehle aik pan mein besan lein aur us mein namak, corn flour, ajwain, meetha soda, haldi powder, pani, zeera powder, surkh mirch powder, kasuri maithi, sabz mirch aur sabz dhaniya daal kar mila lein.

- Ab mozzarella cheese cubes lein aur us ko darmiyan se cut laga kar darmiyan mein chaat masalha bharein aur 20 minute ke liye freezer mein rakh dein.

- Ab tayyar shuda paste mein mozzarella cheese ko dip karein aur pehlay se garam tail mein daal kar golden brown honay tak deep fry kar lein, mazedar cheese pakoray tayyar hain.
