Qeema Samosa

Qeema masalha bananay ke ajza:

- Tail (Oil) 2 tbs

- Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) 1 tbs

- Mutton qeema (Mutton minced meat) 300 gram

- Namak (Salt) hasbe zaiqa

- Bhuna hua zeera (Roasted Cumin) ½ tsp

- Haldi pisi hui (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp

- Bhuna hua dhaniya (Roasted corainder) ½ tsp

- Laal mirch pisi hui (Red chili powder) 2 tbs

- Sabz mirch chopped (Green chili) 3-4

- Darmiyanay pyaz (Medium onion) 2

- Sabz dhaniya (Green coriander) 2 tbs

Qeema samosa bananay ke ajza:

- Maidah (Refined wheat flour) 2 tbs

- Pani (Water) hasbe zaroorat

- Samosa patti hasbe zaroorat

- Qeema masalha hasbe zaroorat

- Tail (Oil) hasbe zaroorat

Sub se pehle qeema masalha bananay ke liye aik pan mein tail daal kar halka sa garm kar lein.

- Ab is mein adrak lehsan paste daal kar halka sa paka lein aur is mein qeema daal dein.

- Phir is ko thori der paka lein rang tabdeel honay par is mein namak, zeera, haldi, dhaniya, laal mirch powder daal kar mila lein aur achi terhan bhoon lein yahan tak ke qeema gal jaye.

- Ab is mein hara dhaniya, hari mirch, pyaz daal kar thori der paka lein.

- Qeema samosa bananay ke liye aik bowl mein 2 khanay ke chamach maidah lein us mein pani hasbe zaroorat daal kar patla paste bana lein.

- Phir samosa patti ko samosay ki terhan 3 konay bana lein aur is mein tayyar kiya hua qeema masalha bhar dein.

- Ab samosay ke mun ko maidah paste laga kar band kar dein.

- Phir is ko garam tail mein daal kar fry kar lein, mazedar qeema samosay tayyar hain.
