-Gandum ka aata (Wheat flour) 1 cup

-Pani (Water) hasbe zaroorat
-Mozzarella cheese 1 ½ cup
-Shimla mirch chopped (Capsicum) ½ cup
-Hari mirch chopped (Green chili) 3 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) ½ cup
-Namak (Salt) hasbe zaiqa
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) 1 tsp
-Mayonnaise 3 tbs
-Lehsan chopped (Garilc) 1 tbs
-Hara dhaniya (Coriander leaves) ½ cup
-Kuti laal mirch (Crushed red chili) 1
-Tail (Oil) hasbe zaroorat fry karnay ke liye
Sub se pehle aik bowl mein maidah, gandum ka aata, namak aur tail daal kar achi tarhan mix karein.
-Ab thora thora kar ke pani dalein aur naram dough goondh kar das minute ke liye side par rakh dein.
-Phir aik doosray bowl mein mozzarella cheese, shimla mirch, sabz mirchain, pyaz, namak, kali mirch, mayonnaise, lehsan, dhanya aur kuti laal mirch daal kar achi tarhan mix karein.
-Ab dough ko chaar barabar hisson mein kaat kar bareek rotiyan bana lein.
-Phir aik roti lein aur aik inch kinara chor kar us par cheese chili mixture phailayein.
-Ab is ke kinaron par brush se anda laga kar doosri roti rakh kar dhak dein aur kinaron ko ungliyo se daba dein.
