Maidah (Refined wheat flour) 1 cup
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin) ¼ tsp
-Pani (Water) 50-60 ml
Sab se pehlay aik bowl mein maidah, ghee, namak aur zeera daal kar achi tarhan mix karein.
-Ab pani daal kar sakht dough goondh lein aur pandrah se bees minute side par rakh dein.
-Phir dough ko do barabar hisson mein taqseem kar lein aur is ko bail kar 1 centimeter tak patla kar lein.
-Ab is ke chotey chotey diamonds ki shakal ke tukre kaat lein.
-Phir aik bartan mein darmiyani aanch par tail garam karein.
-Ab namak paaray halki aanch par golden brown honay tak fry karein aur thanda honay dein, namak paaray tayyar hain.
