Macaroni Chaat

Chaat masala bananay ke ajza:

- Zeera pisa hua (Cumin powder) 2 tbs

- Saabit laal mirch (Whole red chili) 15

- Sonf (Fennel) 1 tbs

- Saabit dhaniya (Coriander) 4 tbs

- Taatri (Citric acid) 1 tbs

- Kaali mirch pisi hui (Black pepper powder) 1 tbs

- Ajwain (Carom) 1 tsp

- Kala namak (Black salt) 1 tbs

- Adrak powder (Ginger powder) 1 tsp

- Aamchoor (Mango powder) 1 tbs

Macaroni chaat ke ajza:

- Tail (Oil) hasbe zaroorat

- Aaloo ublay hue (Potatoes boiled) 1 cup

- Macaroni ubli hui (Boiled macroni) 1 ½ cup

- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) ¾ cup

- Pyaz (Onion) 1

- Timatar (Tomatoes) 2

- Hara dhaniya (Coriander) ½ cup

- Namak (Salt) hasbe zayeqa

- Chaat masala 2 tbs

- Hari mirch (Green chili) 2-3

- Imli chatni 3 tbs

- Lemoo ka ras (Lemon juice) 2 tbs

Sub se pehle aik pan mein zeera daal kar halka sa bhoon lein.

- Ab is mein saabit laal mirch, dhaniya aur sonf daal kar fry kar lein.

- Phir un ko grinder mein daal kar grind kar lein.

- Ab is grind kiye hue masalhay ko aik bowl mein daal dein aur is mein taatri, kaali mirch powder, ajwain, adrak powder, aamchoor daal kar achi terhan mila lein.

- Phir aik pan mein pani lein is mein thora sa tail daal ka macaroni daal dein aue ubaal lein.

- Ab ubli hui macaroni ko bowl mein daal lein aur is mein ublay hue aaloo, Shimla mirch, pyaz, timatar, Hara dhaniya, chaat masala, hari mirch, imli chatni aur lemoo ka ras daal kar achi terhan mila lein, mazedar macaroni chaat tayyar hai.
