- Boneless fish 500 garam
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- Kaali mirch pisi hui (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
- Safaid mirch pisi hui (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Lehsun powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
- Bread crumbs 1 cup
Assembling ke liye
- Phaintay hue anday (Beaten eggs) 2
- Maidah (Refined wheat flour) hasbe zaroorat
- Bread crumbs hasbe zaroorat
- Tail (Oil) hasbe zaroorat
Sub se pehle cocktail sauce bananay ke liye aik bowl mein mayonnaise aur ketchup daal kar achi terhan mix kar lein.
- Ab is mein lemoo ka ras, namak aur kaali mirch daal kar achi terhan mix kar lein, cocktail sauce tayyar hai .
- Fish nuggets bananay ke liye aik chopper mein machli, paprika powder, kaali mirch powder, safaid mirch powder, namak, lehsun powder aur bread crumbs daal kar achi terhan chop kar lein.
- Ab is mixture ko aik bowl mein daal dein aur 30 se 45 minute fridge mein rakh dein.
- Phir is mixture ko nuggets ki shakal mein bana lein.
- Ab nuggets par anda laga kar bread crumbs mein coat kar lein aur 30 minute fridge mein rakh dein.
- Phir tayyar kiye hue nuggets ko golden brown honay tak fry kar lein, mazedar fish nuggets tayyar hain.
